Location: Property is located in Clackamas County, Township 5 South, Range 2 East, Section 6, Tax Lot 2200. The physical address is 30695 S. Highway 213, Molalla, Oregon 97038. Molalla is approximately 30 miles southeast of the Portland Metropolitan area.

Land: According to the Clackamas county Tax Assessor’s records this farm consists of 105.77 tax roll acres. It has generally level topography, and is tiled and irrigated. The online Clackamas County Area Soil Survey indicates that the soils consist of 70% Class II Aloha silt loam and 30% Class III Huberly silt loam. Both of these soils are highly productive and will accommodate most crops grown in the Willamette Valley

Improvements: County tax records indicate that the home on this property was constructed in 1925. It has three bedrooms and one bath, and is approximately 1795 square feet. It has a forced air oil furnace and a single car attached garage. There is also a large two story barn with a lean off the back to for storage, a block shop/storage building and a large pump house.

Irrigation: A water rights certificate for 86 acres was issued by the State of Oregon Water Resource Department in April of 1978, showing a priority date of February 1, 1972. The rights are certified under permit number G-5519 and the source of the water is a well located on the property. No well log was located for this particular well. The owner reports that they have had no issues with a shortage of irrigation water.

DOMESTIC WELL: No domestic well log was found on the State of Oregon Water Resource Department’s website.


Remarks: This is a good farm with quality soils and water. It is located just north of the City of Molalla and may at some point in the future have development potential. The water rights have been maintained and the farm is in good condition. The home is located back from the highway amongst some large trees. The out buildings have been maintained and appear to be in sound condition. This farm can be utilized for a number of different operations.
