Irrigation: According to the Oregon Department of Water Resources web site the subject property has14.1 acres of water rights from a well under Certificate of Water Rights #GR1680, with a priority date of October 1954. The well when tested in June of 1950 was 34 feet deep and yielded 300 gpm. No irrigation equipment is included in this sale, only an electrical power drop at the pump site. Domestic: Water to the home and barns is from a well located on the premises. However, no well information was available.
