The second well, drilled in 1961, yielded 500 gpm. There is a water right Certificate (#33475) from these wells which covers the entire farm and has a priority date of May 3, 1961. Included in the sale is a buried mainline with valves that run east-west through the farm, a new, 40 hp submersible pump in one well. This well also has a new electrical service The other well has a 30 hp pump with a booster in it.

Remarks: While this property is zoned EFU (exclusive farm use) it is possible to obtain Marion County Planning approval for a change of use, so long as that use is connected to agriculture. This property has both great access to I-5 and excellent access to a paved county road, making it very easy for truck traffic ingress and egress.
