Over the years, I have compiled the statistics on annual averages of appraisal work I have completed while working for Capital Valuation Group, Ltd.  Below are the most recent statistics available (from 2004):

I specialize in Marion, Polk, Linn, Benton, Clackamas and Yamhill Counties, and I am certified to appraise throughout Oregon.

I average around 40 appraisals per year (3-4 per month).  I strictly appraise agricultural properties.  These include all the types of farms seen in the chart below:
